Delta Service Company was founded in 2018 to provide representative services to airlines operating at Sheremetyevo Airport, and since then it has been the most dynamically developing company on the market.

Services provided
We provide our services in Moscow (Sheremetyevo Airport), St. Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk, Sochi, Irkutsk, Vladivostok both on a regular basis and in case of an emergency landing of an aircraft.
We help to conclude contracts with all airport services and monitor the quality of their obligations to service the aircraft and passengers on your flights.
We issue and submit to the customs and border authorities a complete set of flight documentation, obtain the appropriate permits for the departure of the aircraft, and also successfully solve the problems arising in the process of registration.
We instruct employees at the check-in before each flight, are constantly present and advise them on passport and visa issues. We also serve passengers during flight delays, as well as during landings at alternative airports.
We accept payments from passengers for the carriage of additional baggage and other airline services.
Our most important task is to inform the airline about the progress of work on preparing the aircraft for departure.
We thoroughly analyze all the airline's claims, find out their causes and eliminate the possibility of their occurrence in the future. In the same way, we work out all claims from your passengers.
Another way to increase your final profit is to sell cargo transportation on your flights from Russia. Appointing our company as General Agent for the sale of freight transportation (GSA) from Russia will get you access to our accumulated client base and an experienced sales team which will allow you to expand your current market.
